Rotating Unions For Monofilament Industry Applications

DeubUn of USA manufactures rotating unions for use in synthetic fibre, slit film and monofilament industry applications. Deublin offers a whole range of unions for water and thermic fluid services. In staple synthetic fibre production, the tow is passed over a series of rolls. These stretcher rolls are heated by steam or hot oil service unions stretching the fibre and setting the size of the individual filaments in the tow. The crimpers have a series of rolls heated by steam or hot oil. These rolls crimp or kink the fibres which make them more supple. Sometimes the stretcher and crimper rolls are heated by hot oil. Deublin can also suffer hot water service unions for this purpose. Unions for thermic fluid service also find use in rotary drum dryers.
