Maco Corporation (India) offers rotary unions (revolutionary 57 series) manufactured by Deublin Co, USA for printing industries. These rotary unions feature silicon carbide seals and balanced sealing, with dual precision ball bearings lubricated and sealed for life. The rotor runs smoothly and true without teetering and wobbing. Designed for full flow capacity, passage from port to port is unrestricted. The rotary unions feature balanced sealing, i.e., partial line pressure is applied to the seal face, with micro lapped seals to a finish of .000023". They are wear resistant, and offer two seal versions for water service and for extended life the ELS type. All 57 Series rotary unions come with a 2-year warranty and with repair kits.
