Rotary Union/Rotary Joints

J K Udyog, since 1997, started research and development for developing steel mill type Rotary Unions/Joints for CCM (continuous cast machining) straightner in 1 inch BSP as well as 3/8 inch, ½ Inch, 1.5 inch sizes, etc. With state-of-the-art technology and in-house designing facility, the company manufactures 3 rows of diameter sealing. This is the unique feature, which it has capitalised on. The company also manufactures rotary joints of dual flow type up to 50 RPM and pressure up to 25 bar for hard as well as soft water flow for rod manufacturing steel mills as well as sheet manufacturing units. The range of rotary unions comprises 47 types for machine tool application across India. Currently these are supplied to MUSCO, Kalyani Carpenter, among others. The company is also registered for Bhalai Steel Plant.
