Precision Machine Vice

Pairee Machine Tools offers a precision Machine Vice, an accessory for milling and drilling machines. Combining rigid construction, low overall height and high accuracy, this vice is an invaluable asset to every machine shop. The body and the moveable jaw are made of spheroidal graphite iron castings, which ensure high tensile strength, toughness and shock resistance. The jaw plates are made of special alloy steel hardened and ground to close tolerances. The screw rod and nut, which are also of alloy steel, are toughened to impart strength and wear resistance. The sliding surfaces are hand scraped to ensure correct fit and high accuracy, the swivel base is provided with graduations to facilitate swivelling of the vice through 360°, this vice is generally supplied with parallel ground jaw plates; but serrated jaws can be provided if so desired. Every Pairee machine vice is backed by a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
