Pin Mill

Techno Designs offers Pin Mill. The Contra Rotating Pin Mills are especially designed for the grinding of brittle, dry, or hard material through fine to the finest stage. The Pin Mills are appropriate for Chemicals, Minerals, Pharmaceuticals, and a lot of more industries using the fine powders. The mills are also perfect for coarse grinding, fine grinding, homogenizing, and De-agglomerating material.
The materials are fed in pin mill through top by the gravity together with the Air\Nitrogen. A centrifugal force speeds up material towards grinding chambers. The materials are grinded with impact produced between the mounted pins with both rotating discs. The superiority of the particle relies on speed, type, and number of pins. The grounded material is slipped through the blower into filter for separation/collection. Differing speed of the rotor with a few hundreds of rpm allows use of coarse grinding, fine grinding, and De-agglomerating of material.
