Multiple Part Workholding

Lassy"s system of duplicate rapid load jaws permits unloading and reloading of parts during the machining cycle. Changeover takes less than five seconds, so continuous machining is not only possible but practical. Whether it is CNC machining, milling or grinding, Lassy"s multiple part workholding system is said to improve productivity and profitability significantly. All parts are held with positive, equalised pressure and the close stacking of parts eliminates burrs on many parts. Lassy offers a full range of standard V jaws which can hold from four 1" parts to 32 parts 1/8" in size. All rapid load jaw systems are custom engineered to hold a specific part. All shapes and sizes of parts can be held effectively.
