Miniature Linear Guides

Jagat Enterprise offers "MR" Miniature linear guides manufactured by CPC, Taiwan. These are manufactured with hardened stainless steel for the rail, runner block and balls, which incorporate the dust proof design of two rows of ball recirculation. The ball track has gothic profile design with 45 degree contact angle to attain the effect of equal load capacity in all directions. Larger steel balls are used to enhance high load and high moment capacity. MR miniature linear guide series are available with here accuracy classes like "P", "H" and "N". The steel body, frame end caps and seal are all nested together creating rigid coupled assembly and plastic frames and end caps constitute the complete return circuit, such design makes the recirculation smoother and quieter. Moreover the blocks can be lubricated from either end whose plug can be unfolded by lubricant-injection. These miniature linear guides can operate in a range of temperature from –40°C to +80°C and for short term operation it can reach +100°C.
