Holmarc Slides & Controls offers Miniature Ball Slides. These are designed as complete and compact assemblies for linear motion applications where stroke required is short and space for system components is minimal. These miniature slides offer high load carrying capacity, smooth motion, and precision guidance for a wide range of applications. Features: pre-load adjustment prevents side play and backlash; light in weight; steel rods, ground over entire length, reduce co-efficient of friction; built-in holes simplify installation and component mounting; and constructed in aluminium alloy with black anodised finish. Specification - co-efficient of friction: 0.002; straight-line accuracy: 0.01 mm/25 mm of travel; and positional repeatability: 0.002 mm.
