Machining Facilities

Raj Mechatronix offers machining facilities with the following machines: 1.Plano miller ? large size 3-axis CNC plano milling machine equipped with universal milling head. Over sizes of the plano miller are 2000 (W) x 2000 (H) x 12500 (L) mm long, with table size 1800 x 10000 mm having a job carrying capacity of 10000 kg. The universal milling head can cater for multi utility and enhance the versatility and machining capabilities, this also makes it effortlessly to machine tapers, V, dovetails, inside or above right angle machining, etc; 2. Surface grinding ? large size surface grinding of reputed make ? TOS vertical spindle with wheel dia 750 mm and magnetic table 3000 x 600 mm; Churchill make surface grinder having table size 1000 x 300 mm; MAS make surface grinder having size 2000 x 440 x 440 mm; 3. Slideway grinder ? specially developed with magnetic table 7000 mm long with width 1000 mm between columns. This machine has controlled hydraulic table movements and fine controls for any form grinding operation, and Bemco hydraulics having 6000 mm stroke x 700 x 500 mm; and 4. Heat treatment ? flame hardening equipment for linear, spin and progressive slip hardening; electrically heated furnace having twin chamber for hardening and tempering max temperature 1100?C and chamber size 6000 x 650 x 350 mm.
