B R Enterprises offers heavy-duty machine vice, with or without swivel base. The vice is made out of high tensile casting, machined & scrapped, and surface ground to ensure maximum accuracy. Jaw plates are made out of tool steel, hardened and ground. Acme threaded screw rod and nut are made with alloy steel and heat treated to ensure wear resistance. Specifications: width of jaws – 200 mm; depth of jaws –65 mm; jaw opening range – 0-200 mm; overall ht without swivel base –155 mm; overall ht with swivel base –192 mm; overall width with swivel base –390 mm; overall length without swivel base – 648 mm; overall length with swivel base – 695 mm; tenon slot size – 14/16 mm; width of slot for clamping –16 mm; total weight with swivel base (approx) –90 Kgs; and total weight without swivel base (approx) –75 Kgs.
