Low Speed Air Hydraulic Rotating Unions

Deublin offers low speed air hydraulic rotating unions for air pressures up to 10 bar and hydraulic pressures up to 204 bar for low speed applications where the speed is within 250 RPM. These unions are ideal or activating pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders of rolling machinery in steel, aluminium and heavy industries. These unions are available in single passage, double passage, triple passage, or 4-passage as per specific requirements. In order to prevent interpassage leakage where two different fluids are used, tandem unions are available. Tandem union is a unique arrangement of 2 unions in a piggy back style, each passage having its independent sealing arrangements preventing inter-passage leakage. Multipurpose multimedia unions can meet the requirement of index tables and slow speed turn table applications.
