Pali Polymers offers Low Friction Slideway/Wear Plate/Pads, Model Turcite T, which is a modified bronze filled PTFE with inherent characteristics like low co-efficient of friction, self-lubricating and high load bearing capacity. It can withstand high working pressure and working temperature range is from -210(C to +280(C. It is not affected by most chemical as also weather/ moisture. It typically finds application in machine tool guideways, wear rings as sliding contacts between metal to metal, as wear plates/pads, piston rod-bearings and for all sliding applications. It is available in thickness from 0.8 to 5 mm and up to 300 mm width, in tape form, and length to suit a given requirement.
