Linear Speed Guide

Linear Speed Guide has high frequency hardened and chrome plated precision shaft over HRC 60 used in guide rail, guarantees the long life. It reduces the time and the cost of machine manufacturing. The precision is with in ±0.02 mm/6000 mm without any accumulation by using the double-row track-roller bearings over P5 grade. Its noise level is much lower than standard ball linear guides. It can operate at a maximum speed of 10 m/sec. It is much economical than standard LM guides. The assembling time is reduced through its self-alignment construction. Sero actuator of belt driven type is available. It is a light and high-speed module made up with aluminium body combined with steel guide shaft and special machined speed guide carrier, as the slider. It is widely used in wood working machines, packaging machines, printing machines, welding machines, automatic machines, sliding doors, textile and paper shearing machines, pick and place automation and robots.
