Linear Motion Tables/Manipulators

Fluro's precision linear motion tables/manipulators and systems allow machine designers to save time, space, weight and friction in machines wherever they have to incorporate a sliding/transfer mechanism. This sub-assembly is made by using Fluro's induction hardened, precision ground and hard chrome plated shafts and imported linear motion bearings. The linear travel (stroke) required can be from 50 mm up to 5,000 mm. The mechanism can be driven by using any of the drive systems such as timer belt and pulley or ball screw, rack and pinion, pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, sprocket and chain, etc. The assembly is covered to protect the shafts and linear bearings from dust/dirt, chips, etc, by using bellows or covers. This type of mechanism finds applications in machines like painting, plastic, cutting, welding, screen printing, packaging and designers dream machines. Fluro Corpn is equipped to make such mechanism at short notice since the shafts are available ex-stock.
