Integrated Linear Stages

Rockwell Automation offers Integrated Linear Stages, MP series. These are used for a wide range of load-carrying applications, offering machine builder"s substantial time and cost savings associated with design, programming and commissioning. Linear stages - the mechanisms that support loads and provide linear actuation - are critical for successful movement of linear functions on a range of machines. Because the MP-Series integrated linear stages are available in both ball screw and direct drive linear motor versions, machine designers can now choose a linear stage based purely on desired performance and not worry about the internal technology. These new, off-the-shelf stages reduce the added cost and complexity for the OEM, and offer an improved level of performance and ease of use for the end user. The MP-series integrated linear stages are also available in various force levels, multiple frame sizes, stroke lengths of up to two meters, and linear velocities of up to 5 m/sec.
