Aarti Engineering Company manufactures precision Globoidal Cam Indexers (Ferguson Drives), conforming to international quality needs for zero backlash and high speeds. The cams are made from high quality alloy steel and profile machined on simultaneous 5-axis CNC machine. A modified sine curve cam profile ensures controlled and positive acceleration, high load capacity and vibration free movement which are some of the inherent side effects of other mechanisms like Geneva, ratchet wheel and drum cam system. The indexers are oil filled for extended life and finds optimum application in high speed press work, automation and assembly line machines. Aarti indexers are currently being used on punch press feeders running at 800 RPM speeds. The company also undertakes manufacture of various types of plate cams, drum cams, Geneva plates duly machined on CNC machine for accuracy of profile and smooth motion.
