Drilling Reamers, Solid Carbide

Universal Tool offers special drills having drilling-cum-burnishing geometry where the tools can be used for direct drilling, achieving work of drilling as well as reaming. Operating together, these tools offer very close tolerance control with a very good surface finishing accuracy, of H8/H9 in non-ferrous material and H9/H10 steels. These are offered in ? 2 mm up to ? 40 and in length up to 400 mm. These are also offered in coolant fed design, offering very high accuracy and surface finish.
