Due to very high mechanical and electrical strength various types of glands and core/coil guides used in different types of variacs/dimmer stat and motor cover housings for step synchronised motors having capacity range from 3 to 20 kg-cm have been successfully developed in specially formulated DMC/SMC. Due to lower density and almost negligible post moulding operations, the cost of these products can be reduced considerably with attractive colours. Toroidal transformer insulating discs ranging from 2 to 32 A capacities have also been developed and are used by many satisfied customers.
