CNC Linear Chucker, Model GSK980Tda, is a new product based on the previous model GSK980TD. Additional features include: 7” colour wide screen LCD display, adds PLC axis control, Y control, parabola/circular interpolation, statement macro command, automatic chamfer, tool life management, tool wear compensation and so on. The added G31/G36/G37 can execute the jump and automatic tool compensation. The system clock can display the alarm log. The system can be display in Chinese, English and Spanish. As the upgraded product of GSK980TD, GSK980TDa is the optimum option for the widespread CNC turning machine. Standard accessories: AC spindle drive, LM guideways, hydraulic chucking, 2 turning tool holders, 2 boring tool holders, auto and manual coolant system, centralised and programmable lubrication, accuracy and repeatability, and electricals with quality devices. Optional accessories: chip conveyor, bar feeder, bar puller, part catcher, tool life management, hydraulic collet chuck, auto door, automatic tool setting, and fully tooled up solution to meet customer needs.
