These chucks are available in various versions like SBF, SBF-Plus, NCBF, SBFN, ASL, AKL, AKL-Ultra, etc. The company offers Albrecht super lock self-tightening CNC Drill Chucks (ASL). The ASL range enables an easy and quick tool change. It is thus suitable for single part production with frequent tool change for NC machines, with taper shank SK40 and SK50 according to DIN 2080, DIN 69871, and JISB 6339(MAS BT and SK 50). The CNC drill chuck has a special design, parts of very high precision and an assembly, which is followed by a rigid quality inspection. Maximum clamping force and highest level of concentricity is guaranteed. The clamping force increases with increasing cutting force, and works with clockwise operation. The accompanying wrench can be used for manual tightening, if necessary. All the working parts are case-hardened and ground. Key features: designed for a quick tool change with single part production and/or NC-machines; self tightening, open and close manually; and/or with key for additional clamping force (if necessary).
