Pune-based Concorde Corporation offers clutch plates manufactured by Dee-Kay as per original equipment specifications for machine tools, earthmoving, cranes and marine applications. With the introduction of new technology, the unit area and rubbing speed have increased several fold. Thermal loads and frequency operations have also multiplied and as a result the specifications have become more stringent. The quality of Dee-Key discs is also upgraded as a result of many years of continuous research, development and service experience with a wide range of clutches and brakes for electromagnetic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic clutches and brakes suitable for machines of HMT, Batliboi, Kirloskar, Herbert, Cooper besides other Indian and imported names. Sizes ranging from 75 mmf to 600 mmf in steel, sintered and facing friction materials are available for heavy earthmoving equipment, cranes, machine tools, and marine applications.
