Centraliser

Citizen offers universal centering device, Centraliser. Model CEM has been designed to resolve precise centering problems on milling machines,jig boring machines, machining centres, etc. It is ideally suited for SSI units and is cost effective as compared to standard centraliser model. The device is highly precise, easy to operate, and comes ready to use on any machine. Its compact design makes the CEM handy for use on small machines. The device is provided with a quick and convenient pushbutton contact and preloading of the feeler probe. This particular economical model is provided with a fixed mounting, with a straight shank of 16 mm dia. Other types of fixed shanks can also be provided to suit the machine spindle. Model CEM has a dial indicator with 0.01 mm least count. The working internal range is 2 to 125 mm and the gauging depth is 55 mm. External range is 0 to 125 mm and the gauging depth is 20 mm. Plane surface range is 120 to 160 mm.
