Ball Mill

The Cast Metallic liners are Bolted to the shell and Ends. The steatite and High Alumina liners are fixed bug epoxy/ White cement to the shell. The Mills are with main welded shell section and with cast feed Discharge Section for large diameters and fabricated section for small dia/power Mills. The Mill heads for mills above 300HP are in cast steel and they are flanged bolted to the mill shell. The bearings used are cylindrical roller bearings for main shafts which gives maintenance free operation for years. The drive unit comprises off electrical motor, Main Gear Box Girth gear and pinion with pinion shafts.
