Vikrant Auto Suspensions is a manufacturer of automotive leaf springs. The company manufactures leaf spring assemblies for 4WD vehicles, trucks, trailers, etc. The product range of the company includes parabolic springs, which are produced by using true parabolic tapering sequences with strict tolerance for unparalleled load carrying capacity. The manufacturing activity of the company is supported by a well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure, where special attention is paid to maintain dimensional accuracy of the spring eyes. The centre holes are scientifically shaped to keep typical parabolic high tensile forces in control. High precision manufacture of the leaf springs ensures minimum inter-leaf friction and contact, which improves not just the ride characteristics but also durability and resistance to corrosion. The leaf is painted with zinc rich primer and a special paint. The steel used for the manufacture of the parabolic spring is 50CrV4, 60SiMn5, 55Cr3, 55Si7, and 51CrMoV4. Apart from the regular-sized parabolic springs, and spring assemblies, the company also has the capability to make custom-built versions to suit the needs to the clients. Other than lead springs, the company also makes U-bolts, centre bolts, hangers/shackles, shackle pins, silent block bushes/bi-metal bushes, engine mounts, fasteners, and tie rod ends and assemblies.
