Automatic/Semi Automatic Lines For Machining & Assembly

The company can conceptualise, design, manufacture and install lines for efficient movement of components and goods during manufacture, machining, assembly and testing. These lines are designed taking into account plant layout, locations of machining and processing centres, present and future production volumes, manpower requirements and availability, and budget constraints. These assembly or machining lines typically comprise of combinations of the following material handling equipment, which are designed, built and integrated by the company to suit the component being handled: 1. Conveyors: free roller conveyors; powerised conveyors; power and free roller conveyors; free flow chain conveyors; slat conveyors; belt conveyors; walking beam conveyors; pallet conveyors with return track; vertical conveyors; duplex, triplex chain conveyors; and overhead conveyors; and 2. Equipment: horizontal turn-tables; vertical turn-tables; lift tables; lift cum turn-tables; scissor lifts; specialised trolleys; auto guided vehicles; and shuttle tables. All the above equipments are integrated with existing machines, with suitable interlocks to ensure safety of job and operators, and can be fully PLC controlled. Special arrangements, such as pneumatic stoppers for one piece flow, pneumatic or dead weight flaps to allow operator movement can also be incorporated. The company is also able to assist customers launch a new model or variant of existing product, using the existing assembly line, by designing common fixtures, and carrying out suitable modifications to various equipments.
