Anti Vibration Pads

AKT offers Anti Vibration Pads. These are available in three types: Fusible Magnetic, Fusible Non-magnetic and Pressure sensitive adhesive. The pads are manufactured as per international standards. The magnetic damping pads are asphalt based magnetic melt sheet. Uses: anti vibration on the door, rear fender, rear seat back, spare tire rear and dash panel. Initial magnetic forces enable vertical surface adhesion. Application: manually applied at the paint shop. Bake Schedule: 150 - 180 °C at 30 min. The fusible non-magnetic damping pads are asphalt based. Uses: Excellent damping on floor, rear, fender, wheelhouse, spare tire rear and dash panel. Application: Manually applied at the paint shop. Bake schedule: 140 - 160 °C at 30 min. The pressure sensitive damping pads are Asphalt based, modified by synthetic rubber and pressure Sensitive. Uses: Excellent damping on door, rear fender, wheelhouse, spare, Tire rear, box wiper, trunk hood and dash panel, Excellent adhesion. Application: Manually applied at the trim shop.
