Dynemech Systems Pvt Ltd offers Anti Vibration Machinery Mounts, Series DLC and series DL. Besides vibration isolation, they also protect the machine against the impact of shock from base and/or vice-versa in all industrial applications. Accurate levelling adjustment in series DLC ensures improved production efficiency, reduction in wear and tear of toolings and mechanical components besides abating noise levels of machines. Manufactured from high grade casting and engineered elastomeric base they ensure service/support to the machines. The composite insulation material resists oil, moisture, acids and most solvents-providing optimum resilience in most conditions. Different DLC series sizes provide load capacities from (50-6500 kg per mounting) – offering mounts that are accurately selected for appropriate equipment weight distribution. A varied frequency range of 6-80 Hz provides structure-borne noise attenuation in virtually all industrial installations. Screw support mount series DLC are simple and effective vibration dampers for machines with respective holes in the base. These mounts offer both low frequency attenuation and stable machine levelling. By turning the provided threaded bolt directly into the plain hole of the machine base a range of levelling adjustments is possible. The levelling mechanism is internal to the mount and provides about 6-15mm of vertical levelling capability depending on the model selected. Dynemech DL series is used for light to medium weight machines suited to levelling screw provided by the machine manufacturer or having tapped hole in the base. They are built with a flat surface or with dimple on top where the levelling screw rests.
