Sahajanand Laser Technology offers the Akshar range of state-of-the-art laser marking system for marking metallic/nonmetallic materials. This adds a new dimension of marking performance on metals and non-metals, advance optic design combined with the matched laser configurations which produce unparalleled laser power with very high accuracy, high speed, fully programmable by indigenous software and user friendly features. The machine offers the highest ratios of marking depth to speed and speed to accuracy. There are three models in this range: Akshar-Pro: Nd: Yag laser marking machine (1064 nm); Akshar-Pride: C02 laser marking machine (10064 nm); and Akshar-Ultra: UV laser marking machine (355 nm and 533 nm). The main advantages of laser marking are: prevents duplication; gives permanent, precise high quality and non-contact type marking; can mark on irregular shapes and sizes of products with good accessibility; not required any post processing; very high-resolution, micro-marking possible; marking without physical-thermal stress; running cost is very low; no tool required; and can mark on any type of materials. The machines are maintenance free.
