Optilase Techniks (I) offers Leister Laser Systems for Plastic Welding and Soldering. These flexible systems incorporate Leister’s knowledge and experience in the areas of plastic welding and soldering with lasers. Novolas OEM/WS are available with fibre coupled spot lasers or line lasers and with positioning systems or a galvanometer scanner. The OEM versions are suited for integration into manufacturing lines. The durable systems have been designed to provide easy integration with material handling systems and safety apparatus. Clamping devices, positioning systems, optics and process control can be selected to match each individual application. The compact and elegantly designed housing corresponds with industrial standards. The modular system is prepared for all available options. The graphical user interface does allow simple and quick programming of all machine parameters. Parameters are defined according to DIN standard 66025 and supplemented with various powerful functions. Predefined interfaces for laser protection circuit and emergency shutdown assure a high safety standard. The controls offer serial and I/O interfaces. Also available is a tele-diagnostic service system.
