Laser Alignment Systems

Tribotech offers Laser Alignment System. This is used for measurement and alignment of rotary machinery - shafts-couplings, belt transmission, straightness, flatness, squareness, parallelity, spindle alignment, level and plumbline. Thoroughly proven reliability and user-friendly design make it easy for you to measure almost anything with 0.001 mm accuracy over a max distance of 40 mtR. Simply add laser transmitters and other accessories to suit GIVEN purposes. Classic example for special application is extruder system the system is designed to measure straightness and direction of pointing, primarily on extruder pipes. The well-thought-out design of the system ensures that the measurement procedure is quick and accurate. Diameters down to 20 mm can be measured. Handles up to 150 measurement positions. Typical applications: extruders, hydraulic pipes, etc.
