Movable lighting tower, OTM-9

Nagpur-based Aska Equipment manufactures OTM-9, to meet the specific needs of the mining and construction industries as well as to aid rescue operations. It is a high mast lighting system with a movable trolley. The galvanized mast is made of two square telescopic sections and a vertical post hinged together. The tower assembly is mounted on a ruggedly built trolley, which rests on pneumatic tyres with spring leaf for shock absorption. A full sized (9mtr) extended height tower with 5 floodlights of 400 W HPSV lamps, which produces enough light to illuminate large areas.
