Metal False Ceiling

P R Products manufactures and supplies a wide range of Metal False Ceiling Systems, Gypsum Ceiling Sections, Tee Grid Systems and Linear False Ceiling System. They offer Metal False Ceiling in which metal tiles are made up of aluminium alloy with 0.7 mm thickness or of 0.5 mm thickness. Mild Steel is galvanized with 120 gsm zinc coating . The tiles can be uncoated, powder coated with 50 micron polyester after pretreatment or coil coated. When uncoated, they have a matt finish on the exposed side and primer coating on the back. When powder coated, the surface is chromatised and stove enameled on both sides in standard colours. When coil coated, the topcoat of the panel has 20 micron polyester coated finish and back has a coat of 5 micron alkyd primer. For better acoustics, the exposed side of tile can have a non-woven tissue over the tile. The tiles can be plain or perforated with holes of 2.5 mm dia or 1.7mm dia.Tiles can also be micro perforated with a hole dia of 1.5mm.
