LED Machine Lamp

LED based machine lamp is ideally suitable for replacement of CFL/indecadescent bulbs. The several advantages of over conventional lamps are LED light is cool, has no glare, hence it is very soothing, comfortable to human eye. It has very long life– LEDs last over 50000 hrs, hence frequent replacements are not necessary. This is especially useful where one has to stop the machine/production process to replace the lamp. These can be supplied to work at 12 V/24 V input supply, AC or DC. This ensures safety. Standard 230V AC input type can also be supplied. Instant on/off, flicker–free operation. LEDs are available in wide range of color temperatures, from warm white (2700 K, similar to filament bulb), to cool white (6500K similar to CFL/Tubes). They can also be supplied with high CRI (color rendering index of 90%) for special applications. LEDs have very small form factor compared to conventional lamps. Hence these lamps can be made to fit in very small spaces, where it is impossible to fit other lamps. LED light is directional. Hence lamps can be made to illuminate exactly where the light is required. They can be supplied in spot light form for precision machining work, knitting machines etc. They are ideal as inspection lamps. These lamps can be made in form of conventional machine lamps, as well as in any other shape/form , exactly suitable for the work.
