Inspection Lamps, LED Based

LED based inspection lamps developed by Altos Electronics are suitable for industrial applications. Nowadays the advantages of LED are well known all over. These lamps use specially designed power LEDs as the basic source of light. These lamps provide extremely bright light required for inspection of jobs under process. Cool bright light (having CRI 78%) is the speciality of these lamps and can directly replace halogen lamps used for such applications. The LED lamp consumes only 5 W of power and has life of 50,000 hrs. The body (enclosure) of the unit is of cast aluminium to sustain harsh industrial environment. It is IP-65 grade and is oil/water splash proof. Being LED-based, the lamp is immune to mechanical vibrations, consumes negligible power and has very long life. The lamp can be installed on the machine and is tiltable to 270° in all 3 axis. The entire unit is compact, elegant and very reliable in operation. The company guarantees its performance for 2 years.
