Halogen Machine Lighting Now Features Double Lens Version

The HGW-70 halogen machine light with a double lens is designed to be used in heavy coolant areas where harsh liquids often get baked difficult to illuminate the aponto the outer lens, making it placation. The double lens version keeps the outer lens cool and clear, by allowing the inner lens to absorb the heat. This feature prevents coolants and other liquids from sticking to the lens since the outer lens remain cool. The HGW-70 with a double lens is part of Waldmann"s large halogen light series which includes the HGW-70 with a 32" arm, HGW-70 with an 18" arm and the HG-70 "head only" version. There is a model to meet users" specific space requirements and application needs. All the HGW series lights are used on large CNC machinery, conventional mills, lathes, and other metalworking machine tools where coolants, oil or other liquids are present. The HGW-70 with a double lens also features a 70-watt halogen lamp which provides high intensity light and 3,500 hours of lamp life. Plus, with only 24 volts supplied to the head, operator safety is enhanced. All 120-volt versions include a remote transformer in cise for plug-in to a 120-volt power supply.
