Digital Dimmable Ballasts

Tridonic offers two newly developed ranges of digital dimmable ballasts for the lighting markets. The Luxcontrol LC Excel range provides the user with dimming levels between one and 100 per cent and can start the lamps at one percent light level. The Eco range allows dimming between 100 and 10 per cent and a start at 10 per cent dimming level. Both ranges are available with several control modules that interface to IR-remote control, daylight control including presence detection and building management systems based on Lonworks and EIB technology. A special feature is the possibility to directly connect a light sensor into the ballast and for single luminaire intelligent daylight control.
