Cycloidal Lantern Reducer

Trisons B and JXJ series cycloidal pin wheel reducer adopts the principle of planetary gear transmission and construction of cycloidal gear meshed with pin wheel. This conforms to standard JB/T2982-94. Cycloidal pin wheel reducer has three parts: input, reducer and output. The reducer input device includes two roll bearings fixed on two eccentric knots 180? apart. The centre holes of two cycloidal wheels are the roll bearings? outer path. The cycloidal wheels tooth mesh with the pin gears of pin wheel, forming one tooth different joggle inner reducer device. When the input shaft drives eccentric knots, the pins of pin wheel have restricted the cycloidal wheel?s run rotation and revolution on the same plane. At the same time, when input shaft and eccentric knots rotate one circle, cycloidal wheels run over single gear right about, by pegs inside wheels, which is one part of output device. The cycloidal wheel's low speed rotating is transferred to output shaft, so lower speed output will be realised.
