COB Power Led, 6 Watt

Kwality Photonics P Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 company and India's pioneer and largest manufacturer of LEDs since 22 years, has announced the launching of mega efficient Cerametal LED COB module in 6 W range – KLHC400 6W in 6 W emitting 680 Lm. These LEDs have ceramics plus metal material with high thermal conductivity as the substrate and adopt silicone injection moulding technology with good imperviousness performance, high reliability and very low degradation rate. The size – 10.5 (L) x 10.5 (W) x 1.97 (T) mm – is one of the most compact designs. KLHC400 6W LEDs have very low thermal resistance with lowest of 2.5°C/W and long lifetime over 50000 hrs. These LEDs are best applicable for general lighting sources and luminaires and can be operated with max junction temperature of 130°C. These LEDs deliver outstanding efficiency of 110 Lm per watt. Kwality PolyWa KLHC400 6W are embedded high reliability LED chips capable of being driven up to150 mA to obtain 680 Lm. The increased efficiency comes with a bonus of reduced prices of nearly two third of the earlier price.
