Arc Lamps

ILC Technology's sapphire envelope, linear flashlamp, and CW arc lamps have long lifetimes due to less denitrification.They can also withstand high internal pressures over a broad range of temperatures, are capable of high UV transmission, and have rugged seals. Applications include multi-cavity, multikilowatt, and multi-lamp lasers; UV curing; photolithography; and sterilization.
