Major supplies to steel plants: blast furnace equipment (for BF capacity 1033 cu.m to 3200 cu.m), coke oven equipment (for 4.3 m to 7 m high battery), continuous casting machines for blooms/slabs, steel plant cranes up to 450 T capacity – oven 300 units, rolling mills equipment for various types and sizes, steel melting shop equipment including converters, hot metal mixers (600 and 1300 tonnes), sinter plant equipment (75 sq.m to 312 sq.m), forged rolls – 3800 units, slag pots (16 cu.m/18 cu.m/22 cu.m) – 2800 units, etc. The company has complete manufacturing set up starting from castings and forgings, fabrication, machining, assembly and testing – all located at one location backed by a strong design, engineering and technology team. It has contributed in the indigenisation and expansion of steel plants and modernisation of coal sector. It has saved valuable foreign exchange for the country as most of the products manufactured by it are import substitute in nature.
