Shifting Of Plant/Re-Start Of Closed Unit

Shason Consultants, plant maintenance specialists, have acquired expertise to shift working/closed plant to another site and re-start of closed units. Successful trial runs in time bound programme is assured. A crisis management team is deputed in advance to study existing plant and equipment layout at new site. Any modification that may be required at new site is incorporated. Utilities such as electricity, water, steam, air, gases, etc, can be estimated and set up. Services include systematic codification and listing of items, video shooting of plant, preventive maintenance and/or overhauling of equipment, dismantling, packing as and where required and re-installation (re-fitting, commissioning, testing and trials). The entire work is carried out with perfect planning and co-ordination in given schedule.
