Sheet Metal Pressing

Sheet metal press working such as shearing, heavy-duty blanking, forming, deep drawing, punching, trimming, coining and bending is undertaken. NSK Press Works is processing orders of the customers on job work basis only. The company is committed to implement the ISO 9001 – 2000 standards as per Bremen Quality Management Model. It has imported presses (from Germany and England) as well as indigenous presses of reputed manufacturers like Godrej, Ameteep and HMT – a wide range of mechanical presses from 10 to 160 tonnes, and a range of hydraulic presses in similar capacities. Special features like die cushion, knock out, large bed areas, etc., are incorporated in the presses. A unique aspect is availability of two similar presses of the same characteristics and features, thus giving an advantage of suitability of press tools to alternate press in case of break down of designated press. Press tools could be maintained by a well-equipped machine shop, which is available, in house. Components: front floor (modified), front floor (standard), rear floor, window frame – for three wheeler auto rickshaw; aluminium pan and corresponding lid – for food processing industries, holster case clip – for leather industries, J bar with brackets – for sea container industry, bulk head panel – for heavy vehicles, pad backing plate (Indica) – for passenger cars, casing DF 25 – for ventilator.
