Rajamane & Hegde Services undertakes repairs and servicing of electrical rotating machines from range FHP to 150 MW/13.8 kV. This includes: AC and DC motors, alternators, welding generators, AVRs, AC servomotors, DC servomotors, and special machines and traction motors. The company manufactures HT coils as per requirement and carries out conversion and redesign to suit local voltage and frequency. It also undertakes O&M support services to hydroelectric power stations. The company has enriched experience of 30 years, rewinding, redesigning, refurbishing and overhauling, in-situ service and site balancing, mechanical body repair, shaft replacement, shaft metallising and dynamic balancing, root cause analysis, condition monitoring, residual life assessment and vibration spectrum analysis, lifting and suspension magnets, traction motors, training/seminars/consultancy services.
