The company helps in various stages of setting up of distilleries with multiple raw materials (sugar cane juice based, molasses, sweet sorghum stalks & grains, grain like maize/corn, jowar, rice, wheat, bajra cassava, etc.). Main strengths are identification of suitable lands for distilleries, preparation of designs for the distillery, taking up the liaison with officials concerned, preparation of project reports with financials, guidance for approaching financial intuitions, arranging for pollution clearance for distillery, design capability – 5 KL To 500 KL multi feed, sourcing of human resources required for the distillery, market study of raw materials and marketing of the finished products. Scope of work includes trouble shooting and training for distillery personnel, providing technology, know how and parameters, modernisation and expansion of existing unit with proper study, providing plant & equipment, executing turnkey projects, making software product for distillery management and operation (accounts, inventory etc.) according to the client requirement, provide utilities (utilities like boiler, cooling process, water treatment plants, piping etc) required for distilleries and finally waste water management and utilisation of water into process.
