Machine Tool Maintenance Services

Millwrights India offers machine tool maintenance services including installation and commissioning of all types of new and old machines. The scope of the work extends right from civil work for preparation of foundation base, machine shifting, positioning, levelling of machine bed, assembly and installation of all accessories; checking/setting all geometrical accuracies; proving out the performance as per machine test certificates/manuals; and imparting training to machine operators. Other services from the company are as follows: Repairs & Services – regular preventive maintenance on annual contract basis; Reconditioning – total reconditioning of types of machine at customer’s site; Automation – automation work in the field of mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics to enhance the performance of the machine; and Sales & Services – mainly for used machines.
