SGS Tekniks is a TS 16949 & ISO 14001 certified electronic manufacturing services company having three manufacturing locations. Set-up in 1990 by a group of professionals to meet the requirements of electronic sub-assemblies for various customers in India and Europe, the company is focused on delivering end-to-end solutions to original equipment manufacturers. Product range: electronic manufacturing services – EMS for SMT PCB assemblies, PTH PCB assemblies, boxed products. Customised solutions offered: electronic sub-assemblies or PWBA’s – computing and office automation cards – photocopier, computer keyboard, printer, printer controller, point of sale, inverter and UPS; industrial and semi-industrial electronics – hand tools, industrial washing PWBA, water purifier PWBA and ballast; automotive electronics – head lamp leveller, high mount stop lamp, automotive security systems, battery conditioning module, diesel furnace ignitor, bus interior lights, EGR controller, speedometer and tachometers; telecom cards – cell monitoring unit, switching, terminal and power supply; and energy meters – single phase, three phase, inductive power supply. Boxed products: telecom low voltage battery alarm modules, automotive electronics modules, adaptor 24 V for RO systems, photocopier consoles, point of sale printer, front panel assembly of printer. Electronic design services: hardware design, embedded firmware design, prototyping, production engineering, test jig development and plastic and metal part tooling, infrastructure for procurement and resourcing of input components.
