Calibration Of Vacuum Gauges

As a part of service, Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum India calibrates all makes of vacuum measuring instruments. It operates a high vacuum calibrated traceable to national transfer standards of the PTB Berlin, Germany. A calibration certificate is issued for every calibration. To ensure the accuracy of the processes, the company recommends regular testing and recalibration of measuring instruments as they are used in actual application.

Scope of calibration:

• Functional testing of equipment
• Zero and Full Scale adjustment of sensors
• Calibration and issue of certificate deviation of gauge, uncertainty of calibration points and traceability to internal standard

Technical data:

• Traceability of calibration – factory-calibrated gauges performed by the company’s calibration centre in Cologne, Germany traceable to the German National Standard (PTB Berlin)
• Calibration Range – 1000 to 10-4 mbar
