BPA Baetge & Partner introduces the BP- 14 system for assessing the solvency status of a company on the basis of balance sheets. 14 parameters referring to the economic situation of a company are condensed to a balance sheet based solvency status index. This system was developed by applying the artificial neural network analysis method to the business management related issue of early recognition of insolvency. This way, it becomes possible to obtain an objective and reliable assessment of the solvency status of a company.
