Aluminum Anodising Services (Silver Anodising)

J K Group is a professionally managed organisation offering aluminium anodising and powder coating services to various sectors including automobile, electrical, engineering, tools, machinery and components manufacturing industries. The company undertakes job work to anodise aluminium sections provided by the traders and aluminium fabricators. These aluminium sections are used in curtain walling largely used in malls and shopping complexes. Anodising consists of creating an oxide layer on aluminium. The job is first polished through a buffing wheel giving a desired finish, which can be either glossy or matt. Then the job is jigged properly on aluminium rods and later immersed into solutions such as caustic soda, nitric acid for cleaning the upper layer of the job. Then the job is again immersed into the sulphuric acid tank for anodising. Later, as per client requirement the job is immersed into the colouring tank and finally it is put in the sealing tank for bonding the anodising. The company has a capacity to anodise sections up to 6 mtr in length along with production capacity of 300 tonnes.
