In line with its goal to provide the highest quality products available in the market today, the company utilises precise manufacturing controls to guarantee proper assembly, configuration, stability testing and final quality control. To ensure the highest process control, every action in the production process is logged, documented and archived for production integrity and support requests. Each product is audited and tested to ensure proper working order prior to delivery. If the product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, the company will, for the length of the period of two years, starting with the date of original purchase (invoice date), at its option either repair the product with new or refurbished parts, or replace it with a new or refurbished product. While the customer pays the freight for shipping the defective products, after repair or replacement, the company will ship and pay for the products being shipped to back to the customer. This limited warranty only applies to products purchased and serviced in India.
